$18,000 in Tax Credits for a Limited Time!
California and Federal Tax Credits
Clovis home buyers have a brief window of opportunity to receive up to $18,000 in combined federal and California home-buyer tax credits. To take advantage of both tax credits, a first-time home-buyer must enter into a purchase contract for a principal residence before May 1, 2010, and close escrow between May 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010, inclusive. Buyers who are not first-time home-buyers may use the same time-frames to receive up to $16,500 in combined tax credits if they are long-time residents of their existing homes as permitted under federal law, and they purchase properties that have never been previously occupied as provided under California law. Quail Lake is a lakeside community designed in 1991 by a team of architects and designers, including the award-winning architectural firm William Hezmalhalch Architects, Inc., renown landscape architect David Gates, and internationally recognized land planner Bob Odermatt. Quail Lake is a 357 acre community with a 57 acre lake that is surrounded by adjacent green vistas. In fact, over 40% of the Quail Lake community is permanent open space which allows for unblocked views of the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Not only does Quail Lake offer spectacular lake and mountain views, Quail Lake is environmentally friendly.

Homeowners Association (HOA) dues vary depending on whether the home is lakefront or not. Non-lakefront Quail Lake homes have the same HOA dues of $165 per month. HOA dues for homes on the water are determined by the amount of lakefront footage.
