Clovis, CA – Homes, Schools, and Real Estate

When we first moved to Fresno we did what most people do. We asked, “Where’s a good area to live in?” Do you know of a good real estate agent? Where are the best schools? Why does everyone want to live in Clovis?The number of answers we received varied, depending mostly on where the person we asked lived and where they sent their kids to school. It wasn’t until we investigated all of these areas ourselves until we learned why Clovis, CA is the best place to live if you’re looking to relocate or currently live in the Central Valley. Here’s 5 reasons why:

1. Schools: Clovis has some of the best schools in the entire state! With top API scores & facilities that are superior to most colleges & universities, your child is guarnteed to get the best education possible.

2. Affordability: Clovis homes / real estate is affordable by California standards. While home prices increase and decrease depending on market value, most people can find an affordable home in Clovis.

3. Safety: Clovis is safe. You can’t say that about large portions of Fresno. Clovis has superior medical and fire response times. These are things, in my opinion, that you don’t compromise on.

4. Value: Most cities have affordable housing. But what do you get for your money? A small apartment, below average schools, a high crime rate? Not in Clovis. Your money goes further here. You get a high quality home, top-notch schools, and a great community!

5. Retirement: For most people, their home is the biggest investment they’ll make. That’s why we ended up buying in Clovis. We loved the schools, homes, and community, but we also wanted to make sure our investment was protected. While no one can guarantee where home prices will go, we feel very comfortable knowing we bought in Clovis.
