Clovis Home Values – When Will They Return?
Why Buying a Clovis Home Today
Is a Good Investment Tomorrow
As the owner of Clovis Real Estate, there’s nothing I enjoy more than reading real estate guru Sanford Nax’s column of the Fresno Bee. This time, however, I have to disagree with Sanford. He writes in his most recent article that Clovis home values will return to 2006 peak levels, but only when he’s “retired or dead.” Perhaps Sanford was just making light of the fact that home values have plummeted in Clovis the past 2 years. Even so, what Sanford failed to mention is that, on average, a home nearly doubles in value every 10 years. So while home values have dipped more than anyone would like, history over and over again has told us that home values will return — long before Sanford retires or passes on. Keep up the good work Sanford, but here’s a video your friends at Clovis Real Estate and the National Association of Realtors would like to remind you of:
