Clovis CA Homes For Sale Foreclosure As of today, there only 30 of the 303 homes for sale in Clovis are foreclosures. Savvy buyers have snatched up virtually all of the foreclosures that once flooded Clovis this past year. However, if you’re still looking for a bargain home, a second wave of foreclosures is expected to arrive soon. Leading experts predicted that by June we would be see a dramatic increases in the amount of foreclosed homes for sale in Clovis. So far, this hasn’t happened.

Clovis Home Buyer Tip

The lack of Clovis foreclosures on the market simply means that the foreclosure inventory is still out there but when it will come on the market is anyone’s guess at this point. More importantly, when these homes arrive, will they flood the market all at once and send prices tumbling or will there be a gradual release driving up competition for these bargain priced homes. We are in a wait and see mode at the moment.
