Clovis is Expanding
Clovis to Grow East
The Clovis City Council announced a new 352 home development north and east of Clovis East High School. The new housing tract will extend the Loma Vista development an additional mile to the east. Loma Vista is 1 of 3 urban developments envisioned in the 1993 General Plan update. Loma Vista will eventually house more 30,000 people over the next 20 years and will be an environmentally friendly village concept. The new addition to Loma Vista will be developed by Lennar homes.
