California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) offers a hidden gem for those seeking the latest real estate news.  The Gazarian Real Estate Center, housed in the Craig School of Business, provides a wealth of information on trends in commercial, retail, office, residential and investment markets; land use planning; and conducts research in residential housing, commercial real estate and real estate financial assets.  In addition, the Gazarian Center sponsors conferences, seminars and workshops in real estate and land use.  For example, in September we attended the National Residential Economic Report Conference which forecast the real estate market nationally and for Fresno / Clovis.  We walked away with a wealth of information that we then passed on to our clients.
