Buchanan High School is one of five public Clovis High Schools within the Clovis Unified School District. Located at 1560 N. Minnewawa Ave., in Clovis, Buchanan High is one of the most sought after high schools in Fresno County. In 2009, Buchanan was awarded the prestigious California State Distinguished School Award. Of it’s 686 graduates in 2008, 93% went on to college or some form of technical school, including Harvard, Stanford, the University of California and the California State University systems to name a few.
